Trials and tutorials only go so far. Real activation gaps live deeper - in the "cognitive load" of a blank screen or the burnout of an overworked champion. My audits stop the guesswork by identifying and prioritising the problems actually worth solving.

Most clients start with the Flow Health Check to find the immediate gaps. You can then fix the issues yourself, add specific modules or move to a full Activation Audit. You never pay for the same work twice because I credit your initial fee against the larger project.
Flow Health Check
£1,250 + VAT
This is a 60 minute remote diagnostic call where I look at your partner onboarding across six categories. I look at quality, scalability, time to first value, flow, behaviour change and insights. You receive a branded traffic-light report within five working days that shows your revenue leaks.
Activation Audit
£7,500 + VAT
This is my full diagnostic process. It includes six to eight partner interviews, data segmentation and a COM-B behavioural diagnosis. You receive a strategic report with prioritised interventions and a measurement framework to help you understand the cause of your activation gaps.
£6,500 + VAT if a Flow Health Check has been completed
Enterprise Audit
From £15,000 + VAT
This audit is for multi product or global SaaS vendors. I include stakeholder mapping, large scale surveys, competitor benchmarking and a strategic report for your board. I scope the work to match the complexity of your organisation.
