# Nomad Flow > Nomad Flow is a specialist UK consultancy run by Leigh Stallard. It helps accounting software companies grow through their partner channel, and helps accounting firms adopt change. Buying software is a decision; using it is a habit. Nomad Flow works on the second part. Tagline: Making your accounting tech land and last. Nomad Flow is Leigh Stallard. He spent ten years in accounting practice, and since 2012 has built and supported accounting partner channels at Xero, Soldo and Satago. He has sat on both sides: the practice that uses the software and the vendor that sells it. APMG Change Management qualified. Based in the UK. ## Who it helps - Accounting software companies (vendors): growing revenue through the accounting partner channel without adding headcount or marketing spend. Sharpening the proposition, removing the obstacles that stop firms adopting, enabling sales teams and enabling champions inside firms. Past clients include FreeAgent and Active UK. Previously marketed as RevFlow; now simply Nomad Flow for software companies. - Accountants and bookkeepers (firms): helping a practice and its people adopt change - new software, an acquisition, or standardising on a proven process. Change readiness audits, change strategy, team training and coaching, and embedded change support. Previously marketed as ChangeFlow; now simply Nomad Flow for accounting firms. Work is offered as one-off training or coaching, fixed-price projects, or longer-term embedded support. ## Key ideas - The activation gap (the stall): the gap between someone signing up for software - a partner firm or a customer - and actually using it, recommending it, or bringing clients on. Most accounting-tech channel programmes lose a large share of their expected revenue to this gap. - Partner activation: getting signed-up partner firms from keen at sign-up to actively using and recommending a product. Distinct from partner recruitment. - Accounting tech adoption: the point where software that was bought actually gets used, properly and for good, by the people it was sold to. It is a people and change problem more than a technology one. - Change management in accounting: helping a firm move from old ways of working to new ones so the change sticks instead of slipping back. ## Key pages - https://nomadflow.co.uk/ : Home - both audiences, the free tools and how to work with Leigh - https://nomadflow.co.uk/forsoftware : For accounting software companies - https://nomadflow.co.uk/forfirms : For accountants and bookkeepers - https://nomadflow.co.uk/work-with-leigh : Work with Leigh - about Leigh and booking a call - https://nomadflow.co.uk/free-tools : Free tools - Channel Activation Scorecard, Cost of Churn Calculator, Channel Partner Calculator - https://nomadflow.co.uk/counting-on-change : Counting on Change - podcast, newsletter, articles and workshops - https://nomadflow.co.uk/channel-review : Channel Review, the paid entry diagnostic for vendors (£500 + VAT, a 60 to 75 minute call with a written follow-up) - https://nomadflow.co.uk/channel-audit : Channel Audit, deep data-backed channel analysis (Standard £7,500; Enterprise from £15,000; the £500 Review is credited against it) - https://nomadflow.co.uk/channel-interventions : Channel Intervention, the hands-on engagement that follows a Review or Audit - https://nomadflow.co.uk/diagnostic : The Channel Diagnostic, a free scorecard - https://nomadflow.co.uk/blog : The Nomad Flow blog - https://nomadflow.co.uk/video : Nomad Video, commercial video production for accounting and fintech brands ## Contact Leigh Stallard, leigh@nomadflow.co.uk, https://www.linkedin.com/in/leighstallard/ ## Full text - https://nomadflow.co.uk/llms-full.txt : the full text of the main pages, products and prices, and the FAQ, in one file
